I made a Vintage Matchbox VW Camper Collage Print on wooden background which I created digitally and printed with a Canon Printer onto glossy waterproof heavyweight paper.
Volkswagen Westfalia Campers were conversions of Volkswagen Type 2 (better known as Transporter or Micro-Bus) vehicles in the early 1950s through 2003.
The camper was closely associated with the counter-culture of the 1970s - the freedom of traveling without much of worry about travel arrangements.
VW bus were popular because groups of friends could travel on the cheap. The VW Bus became known as a hippie symbol, and many buses were repainted with graphics and/or custom paint jobs — these were predecessors to the modern-day art car.
A peace symbol often replaced the Volkswagen logo.
The collage is printed on an A4 sheet (8,27 x 11.69 inches or 210 x 297mm).
The print will be shipped in a a cello sleeve and board backed envelope.
The watermark Green Nest will not be seen when printed.
